Fall, Halloween and other craziness!

We definitely had to plead with Porter to take this adorable pic.
But it worked! How cute is that?

Porter & Ty at the pumpkin patch 2015.
Life is super crazy right now.

Mommy, Porter, Daddy & Ty pumpkin patch 2015.
Mommy's back at work, Daddy is very busy starting his new company,
we're still living at EEs and we never have time for anything.
But we are trying to enjoy and remember every moment.

Ty is growing, growing.
He is very healthy and still loves to eat.
He's becoming more entertained by Porter,
and Porter loves that.

Porter is hilarious. Everything he does is so cute and funny.
He does throw some fits every now and then,
but he really gets over it pretty fast and moves on.
He says "I'm sowwy" a lot...
even when it's totally unwarranted.
And when he falls down he says "I'm okay!"
It's precious.

Mae, Ava, Thomas & Porter Halloween 2015.
For Halloween, Porter was a monkey (of course) and Ty was a duck.
I don't think I got one pic of them together. Oh well.
We took Porter downtown to do some trick or treating,
and he was a pro straight out the gate.
He was running from house to house and yelling "trick or treat."
It was the cutest thing to watch.
But after just one street he was exhausted.
Which was totally fine with mom and dad.
We actually got some McDonald's on the way home and called it a night.

Porter (left) and Ty Halloween two years apart.
We are looking forward to getting into our new home soon
and celebrating the upcoming holidays.

Porter's 2nd Birthday Party

Porter and his cousin Harrison are only 10 days apart.
So we decided to throw them a monkey birthday party together at EEs.
All the cousins were able to come!

(left to right): Porter, Taylor, Thomas & Dylan.

We had a huge waterslide that all the kids loved.
Porter even went down it.

We sure do love our big two-year-old.
He is really into "Curz Goje" (Curious George) right now.
He wants to watch the movies ALL THE TIME.
He says the cutest things like "I hold you," "Baby Ty cries" and "I no like it."
He also says "I go timeout." We're working on that.
He's getting a lot better with his little brother.
Porter doesn't pay much attention to Ty now unless he is giving him kisses.

Ty is definitely a hand full. He's very VERY fussy every evening.
But he is only waking up about once a night.
When he is crying everyone in the neighborhood knows because he screams.
We're learning he is very temperamental, demanding and lazy.
Ha! But we love him anyways.
When he's in a good mood he is very sweet and cuddly.

We are loving both our boys and our beautiful life.

Porter's First Day of School

Porter started school at Holy Trinity Catholic School
in Bay St. Louis on August 10, 2015.

He is in the 2-year-old Mother's Day Out Program,
where he attends with Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

The other kids in his class are Ava, Link (or "Wink"), Trace, Eddie and Finn.

He was so excited to have his own little bookbag
and new shoes to wear.

On his first day, Mommy was still on maternity leave
so her and Daddy went together to drop him off.
He went straight into the classroom and started playing.
So far he loves it!

Meanwhile, Ty is sleeping through the night.
He eats A LOT and gets a little fussy in the evenings.
He's growing fast and is definitely bigger than Porter was at this age.
